Peter Linkow is President of WFD Consulting, which focuses on diversity and work-life measurement, strategy, and implementation.  For the past twenty-five years, he has consulted internationally on business strategy, diversity, work-life, and workplace improvement.  In addition, he has provided counsel to many companies on managing a dispersed workforce, including AT&T, Eli Lilly, Deloitte, DuPont, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Texas Instruments.  Peter served as research leader for The Conference Board’s Research Working Group on Managing a Distant Workforce and has spoken widely on the dispersed workforce.  He is currently research leader for The Conference Board’s Research Working Group on Improving Employment Outcomes for Employees with Disabilities and recently co-authored the study “Men and Work-Life Integration: A Global Study.”  Peter received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from DePauw University.
