Peter DiCaprio, M.A., is an organizational consultant with TRIAD Consulting Group llc. His work focuses on the lived experience of the workplace. Emphasizing the constant negotiation between and among individuals and the systems in which they work, he uses group dynamics, organizational learning, and identity theory and practice to build organizations whose structures serve both performance and human development. Peter is also keenly interested in racial/ethnic identity development and issues of identity equity in the workplace. His research and practice in this area focuses on the roles of White males and White male identity development in ending identity inequity in the workplace and society.
Peter’s master’s degree is in organizational psychology from Columbia University where he is currently a doctoral candidate. He is skilled in organizational research design, implementation, and assessment, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. He has designed instruments to measure such constructs as organizational learning, organizational stress, and organizational conflict. He is a certified mediator and holds a B.A. in Fine Arts: Drama. Peter has consulted to profit and nonprofit organizations in multiple industries, including Fortune 500 companies, and academic, hospitality, health care, and Internet organizations.
