Paula Theus is a Director in the Office of Diversity and the New York Metro Diversity Leader for PwC.  Paula has been a human capital professional for over 18 years with a focus on campus and diversity recruiting. 

Paula joined PwC in 2005 as part of the campus recruiting team where she was responsible for developing & overseeing the execution of campus recruiting efforts specific to the New York Metro market.  She joined the Office of Diversity in 2012 and in her current role, Paula is responsible for developing and executing strategies related to recruiting, retaining and developing PwC's diverse workforce. 

Prior to joining PwC, Paula held roles at Altria, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte Consulting and Barclays Capital.  Paula graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baruch College with a BBA in Human Resources Management.  She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband.
