Paul Gotti is the Vice President of the Nuclear Pharmacy division of Cardinal Health. This is the world’s largest nuclear pharmacy network which provides time critical radiopharmaceutical to hospitals and clinics. The pharmacies dispense and deliver over 20,000 prescriptions a day.  

As a Board Certified Nuclear Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience in the field of nuclear pharmacy, Gotti has had management responsibilities in all areas of nuclear pharmacy. His career spans from academia as an Assistant Professor to an entrepreneur that owned and operated a nuclear pharmacy.

Committed to raising awareness of gender diversity issues, Gotti serves as a member of the Corporation’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) steering committee, and chairs the WIN Dublin team on the initiative to involve men as gender diversity champions. Gotti’s passion on gender diversity centers on his personal goal to assure his daughter has every opportunity available to her as he has during his career.
