Patty Brandmaier
Ms. Patty Brandmaier is a senior executive with the Central Intelligence Agency, where she has served since 1982. She has held a succession of executive leadership positions at CIA, to include the Deputy Associate Director for Military Affairs, Chief of CIA’s Recruitment Center, and the Deputy Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs.
Ms. Brandmaier is a recognized change leader at CIA, advancing the ability of key organizational elements to meet mission goals by building leadership decision-making teams and strengthening organizational and operational integration. She has received three Director’s medals and an Intelligence Commendation Medal since 2002 for her contribution to the CIA’s national security mission, She is a regular speaker for CIA’s leadership courses.
Ms. Brandmaier is a graduate of the executive development programs at the Federal Executive Institute and Harvard and Duke Universities, and earned an executive certificate in Organizational Development and Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
