Patrícia Molino is the lead partner for the People & Change practice at KPMG Management Consulting area in Brazil, which focus on Human Capital Management projects including Change Management; Organizational Design and Development; Talent Management; Human Resources Integration and Optimization; and HR Due Diligence.

Patrícia joined KPMG in 1997 as a manager, has been promoted to director in 2000 and to partner in 2005. She has degrees in Psychology (1989) and Law (2005) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) - São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (1999) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) - São Paulo, and the Partner´s Development Program (2010) from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).

She is a member of KNOW – KPMG Network of Women and an executive board member of +Mulher360 – Movimento Empresarial pelo Desenvolvimento Econômico da Mulher,
