Pamela Harless is Capgemini’s North America People and HR Leader.  She began her consulting career in 1992 and spent much of her time serving clients in the Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment industries.  In 2003, she took a detour from her work in professional services and joined a small software company as their COO.  After establishing the infrastructure for the company, she returned to Capgemini where she sold and delivered transformational change work for CIOs in the telecommunications sector.  In 2008, she moved into HR to lead the transformation of Capgemini’s recruiting function. 

In recent years, Pamela has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in Capgemini’s workforce transformation effort.  In her current role, Pamela is responsible for over 5,000 employees and a variety of operational priorities, including Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, Performance Management, and Career Development functions.  A change management specialist, Pamela’s passion is developing others to accomplish the extraordinary.  Along with her husband and 11-year old son, Pamela lives Dallas, Texas.  She holds a BBS from Southern Methodist University.
