Pamela Blackwell is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Blackwell Consulting Services, a Chicago-based information technology and management consulting firm. Pamela has close to 20 years of experience in information technology services and has been with Blackwell for more than 14 years. Pamela is known for her leadership skills and her keen business knowledge.
Before being names as co-CEO, Pamela was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Blackwell, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations and overall leadership of the company. Prior to that position, Pamela was directly responsible for the financial stability and overall administration of the company, managing revenues in excess of the $35 million and deployment of human resources policies and procedures for a workforce of nearly 300 professionals. Before joining Blackwell, Pamela spend several years with IBM where she held various positions, including systems engineer, education specialist and marketing assistant. She began her career at United Airlines.
Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute program and Northwestern University, is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), the Committee of 200, the Executives Club of Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago, the Kellogg Alumni Association of Chicago, University of Illinois at Chicago’s Business Advisory Council, The Mayors Council of Technology Advisors for the City of Chicago and serves on the boards of the Illinois Math and Science Academy (IMSA), Christopher House, The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, and Lumity.
