Orlan Boston is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Human Capital practices with over 12 years of experience in Management Consulting. His diverse background includes Program Management, Strategy and Operations, Human Resources and Performance, Organizational Effectiveness, and Change Leadership experience across a variety of industries. As a part of Deloitte’s National Mergers, Acquisitions, & Restructuring leadership team, he co-leads the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical M&A practice and has consulted on multiple large global complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. Orlan is also a leader in Deloitte’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative. He is a member of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s D&I Council and the acting National Human Capital Service Area Diversity & Inclusion Leader supporting over 1500 employees nationwide. He has served as the Human Capital Service Area Partner Sponsor for both the National Black MBA and National Society of Hispanic MBA Conferences. Orlan is also the National leader of GLOBE (LGBT and Allies Business Resource Group) and maintains strategic alliances with such organizations as HRC, GLAAD, Reaching Out MBAs, and Out & Equal. He is a member of the New York LGBT Center Board of Directors. He holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
