Nina Madoo is Senior Director of Workplace Strategies, and is responsible for the design, delivery, and implementation of work life effectiveness and multi-generational strategies that support all Marriott associates. Day to day responsibilities include managing Marriott’s departmental work life initiatives such as the integrated work life & EAP, dependent care resources, flexibility, women’s leadership and other initiatives that meet the complex needs of the diverse and changing workforce.
Nina is on the Board of Trustees for Corporate Voices for Working Families, is the Co-Chair of the Conference Board’s Work Life Leadership Council, is on the Business Advisory Board for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, is in the Employer Learning Circle for Boston College’s Center on Aging and Work, and is a member of the Boston College Work/Family Roundtable and several other work life organizations. Nina has become a renowned expert in the work life arena and was selected as a recipient of the Work Life Rising Star Award in 2008 by the Association for Work Life Practitioners.
