Niki Kesoglou is a Director and Regional Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Credit Suisse based in Singapore joining in February 2007. She came from Westpac Banking Corporation in Australia having spent over 12 years at Westpac working in a variety of roles including Head of Diversity, and in areas of Human Resources policy development, project management and business consulting. In 2006, Niki was awarded the Best Diversity Leader for the Advancement of Women by the Australian Government Agency EOWA (Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency). Since joining Credit Suisse she has set up an internal Asia Pacific Diversity Council led by the CEO and senior operating committee, developed a local strategy and has expanded the employee network offering across the region to include India, Japan and Australia. She serves on The Conference Board - Asia Pacific Diversity & Work-Life Strategy Council and is a Diversity Council Australia, Board of Advisor.
