Nicole Johnson-Reece brings a rare blend of career experiences. With over 20 years of experience in Finance, Consumer Marketing, Brand Strategy and Talent Management, Nicole brings a holistic, customer centered, bottom line focused approach. She is able to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies in ways that allows companies to reach untapped markets, deliver culturally appropriate messages, increase inclusive behaviors in their leaders and ultimately impact the company’s revenue stream positively.

Most recently, Nicole served as Vice President, Global Diversity and Inclusion for ARAMARK Corporation. During her tenure Nicole created the first Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy which provided an enterprise wide, comprehensive approach to fully leverage Talent Management and adapt to the ever changing needs of Global marketplace.

She has served on the advisory board of Dress for Success Philadelphia, the advisory board of the Philadelphia Multicultural Affairs Congress, the board of directors for the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance and is currently the Co-Chairperson of the National Diversity Advisory Council of the American Red Cross.
