Nicola has over sixteen years of experience providing consulting services and has worked in Europe, Asia and the Americas building her knowledge and expertise across diverse environments, delivering integrated technology solutions for Consumer Business and Retail clients.

Within Deloitte Consulting Nicola leads the Consumer and Industrial Products Diversity and Inclusion initiative and is the National SAP Leadership Development Champion as well as SE Regional SAP Leader.  These roles primarily focus on career development/ advancement, culture building and marketplace improvement.

During the past seven years, Nicola has focused primarily on the Retail sector – leading complex technology enabled business solutions that include finance, labor management and enterprise transformations.  She has been leading teams working across different countries and with team members from countries such as: Argentina, Costa Rica, India, Ireland, Mexico, UK, USA, Japan, Brazil to mention just a few. 

Her specialty is utilizing technology to enhance corporate processes, deliver more accurate reporting, and provide executives with increased business efficiencies and competitive advantage.
