Nancy Williams began her career at L’Oréal Research and Development in 1984 more than 25 years ago. She has worked with fragrances for the past 21 years, learning the disciplines of fragrance formulation and fragrance evaluation, and progressing from her position as a chemist/evaluator to the position of responsibility that she holds today. Along the way, she has held positions of international responsibility and has had the great pleasure to participate in the creation and launch of worldwide successes such as Lancôme’s Tresor, Armani’s Acqua di Gio, Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf, Ralph Lauren’s Romance and most recently Ralph Lauren’s Multi Pony.
Nancy is bilingual, has lived in France and has traveled into many different parts of the world in an effort to properly understand the impact of culture on consumer expectations for fragrances. Today, she lives in New Jersey with her husband John, and daughter Leslie.
