Michelle Projekt serves as Director, Americas Communications & Marketing at Ernst & Young. Michelle is responsible for leading the firm’s communications and marketing efforts aimed at EY’s recruits, employees and alumni. Her team has pioneered efforts to use social media to connect with potential hires, and has built successful channels that help maintain connections with EY’s employee population.

Prior to joining EY in 2007, Michelle spent eight years at Monster Worldwide, leading digital media and employer branding initiatives. Michelle is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Binghamton University. She lives with her husband David and three year old son Jack in Westchester County, New York.
