Michelle Mendelsson is a Director of Credit Suisse, based in London. She is Co-Head of EMEA Diversity and Inclusion which, at Credit Suisse, encompasses gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, working parents, disability and age-related programmes. In this role, Mrs. Mendelsson is responsible for Diversity and Inclusion strategy development, employee education and training, employee and industry networks, diversity events, advising on new legislation, internal and external communication and benchmarking against peers. Previously, Ms. Mendelsson was Head of Recruitment for EMEA until 2003. She joined Credit Suisse in July 2000 from Marks and Spencer where she held a variety of commercial managerial roles over a 15-year period. Ms. Mendelsson holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Politics from Manchester University.
