Michele Scott, Ed.D., earned her doctorate in May 2011 from George Washington University with research interests in intersectional identities, diversity, perception management and developmental relationships. In August 2010, Michele culminated 25 years of Wall Street and Corporate Banking experience at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in Total Quality Management (TQM), an executive certified in Six Sigma, ISO, Lean and Project Management. She was a division champion and manager of Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility programs and initiatives.
Currently, Michele is an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) School of Management and in the Rutgers University Urban Teacher Education Program. She serves on several NJIT and other non-profit boards and is a fellow in Leadership New Jersey. Michele is a fledgling entrepreneur, Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of We Empower Partnerships LLC, fostering collaborative and reciprocal relationships between diverse individuals, organizations, schools, government and industries.
