In her 20 years of corporate experience, Meryl Rosenthal saw, first hand, the work/life pressures being faced by valued talent and the impact on a company’s bottom line.  She recognized an opportunity for corporate leaders, managers and talent to embrace flexible work as a sustainable, systemic business solution.  In 2005, Meryl co-founded FlexPaths and remains as the Company’s CEO and President.   FlexPaths, a WBENC certified business, is a leading authority and trusted advisor to corporations on ways to use flexible work to increase talent acquisition, engagement and retention.  FlexPaths delivers value through software platforms, content tools and advisory services. Prior to FlexPaths, Meryl held leadership roles at New England Financial (a MetLife company), Guardian Life Insurance Company and AXA Financial (formerly The Equitable). Throughout her career, Meryl has applied her business, change management and communication skills to mainstream/strengthen organizations’ ability to improve sales and service delivery.
