Meow Yee is Program Director, Business Development, System z at IBM’s mainframe division. She leads the division’s M&A strategy and projects and also has marketing responsibility for growing its mainframe business in emerging countries. In a prior position as the Program Executive for Asian Initiatives, she managed a ground breaking project to share best practices across several global companies on Asian talent and growing businesses in Asian marketplaces. Her prior positions at IBM included managing a $300 million software business, development of IBM’s corporate information architecture, software development and research at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Ms Yee is president and co-founder of the Asian Women Leadership Network, a multi-company nationwide organization and past president of OCA Westchester & Hudson Valley. Ms Yee is a recipient of the National Women of Color Technology All Star, YWCA Salute to Women and the President’s Volunteer Service awards. Ms Yee graduated with a Master of Science degree from Imperial College, London, England.
