Maureen V. Wingfield is a Senior Manager in US Corporate Business Development, National Intelligence Programs, at Raytheon Company. She is responsible for assisting in the development of business opportunities and strategic plans, as well as, customer satisfaction associated with Intelligence Community Programs. Ms. Wingfield came to Raytheon in March 2005 from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where she served in the Senior Intelligence Service as an executive level manager in the CIA’s Office of Security. She was also one of four executives leading the CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service, Women’s Leadership Forum.
Ms. Wingfield received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Education from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts Degree in the Administration of Justice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows in Government Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
