Maureen Jules-Perez is a 15-year veteran at AOL. As a Senior Technical Director, Maureen works in the AOL Technologies unit overseeing the Human Resources Technology, Legal Systems and ERP Applications Operations global teams in the United States and India. She is a strong advocate for innovation, ideation and diversity, and oversees AOL’s technology process reengineering initiatives.

In additional to her “day job” at AOL, Maureen also serves as the AOL Standards Business Conduct Advisor and as AOL’s Cultural Ambassador. And as part of her community involvement,  Maureen also represents AOL as the AOL/Year Up Internship Program Sponsor, which helps inner-city students get their start in America’s corporate environment while working on the academic curriculum.

Before joining AOL, Maureen was a Junior Electrical Engineering intern at a power company and an entrepreneur. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Florida, a Masters of Science in Information Systems (MIS) Degree from George Washington University and a Chief Information Officer (CIO) University Certification. Maureen married her soul-mate and is a proud new mom of a 1-and-a-half-year-old.  She is also a world traveler, community volunteer, movie fanatic and an amateur photographer.
