Mary Pickering is currently the Director for Procter & Gamble’s Target Customer team.  In this role she has responsibility for leading the business planning and operations for the entire team. She is also responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with the executive leaders in her sales channel. During her 27 year career with P&G she has delivered strong results and successfully managed sales teams in Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Minneapolis. She currently leads the North America Strategic Talent Management group for developing sales talent in the organization. Mary has been a role model for flexibility as she has successfully developed her career while working a reduced work schedule and being a pioneer in policy review and Life Balance. 

Mary resides in Excelsior, Minnesota with her husband of 24 years, Keith. She is blessed with three children, Breanne, Jennifer, and James.
