Mary O’Sullivan is responsible for curriculum development and instruction at Pherson Associates in Reston, VA. She ended her 28-year career at the Central Intelligence Agency as a Senior Executive responsible for production and review of The President’s Daily Brief (PDB). Ms. O’Sullivan was the first Chancellor of CIA University and has extensive experience in operational budgeting, strategic planning, and human resource development. Ms. O’Sullivan began her career as a leadership analyst in the Directorate of Intelligence and was loaned to the Department of Defense to help prepare for high-level visits and policy meetings. Ms. O’Sullivan is the recipient of both the Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. Ms. O’Sullivan received her B.A. from Western Kentucky University and her M.A. in History from the University of Kansas. She also has a Certificate in Mandarin Chinese from the Defense Language Institute.
