Mary Beth Andres, Director of Training & Development, leads the cross divisional training development and facilitation for Sodexo University. Her team consists of an eLearning development team and an instructional design team. In addition she also manages the facilitation and training development for the Education market and Finance. Mary Beth has worked at Sodexo for 25 years and has held multiple positions within training and finance.
