In 2011, Marsha Gewirtzman coalesced her extensive business-to-business marketing background with her inclusion and diversity (I&D) leadership to launch a successful consulting practice. The two disciplines underscore the power of I&D as a business imperative.

At Cisco, Marsha led the Enterprise Field Marketing organization. Leveraging that business results discipline, she built an I&D team that designed, developed and executed global inclusion and diversity programs and communications for 12,000 Cisco Services employees.  Prior to Cisco, she held a number of senior marketing and sales positions, including VP of Marketing Strategy for AT&T, SVP of Marketing for Global Crossing and SVP - Corporate Division for Tiffany.

Marsha is a compelling advocate on the power of corporate culture. While at Teleport Communications Group (TCG), she built the telecommunication industry's first “People Services Organization,” leading all Human Resources functions, as well as Philanthropy, I&D and Culture. Her success strongly contributed to the growth and eventual sale of TCG.
