Mrs. Maria Trafton is a Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director for the Pennsylvania and Delaware Region of Wells Fargo Private Bank.  Mrs. Trafton provides executive leadership to Wealth Management’s Private Banking Group.  Responsibilities include the delivery of banking services, investment management, financial and tax planning, trust and estate services and insurance. 

Maria has been with Wells Fargo for 20-years and held positions as: Wealth Management Director for GA, TX and Mid-South, Private Banking Director in FL and Wealth Management Relationship Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

Mrs. Trafton has been in the financial services industry for almost 30 years.  Mrs. Trafton has held various positions that include Commercial Lender, Correspondent Banker and Credit Manager.

Mrs. Trafton earned her M.S. degree in Finance from Tulane University and her B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas.  Mrs. Trafton attended the Cannon Trust School for Trust and Estate Planning and Asset Management.

Mrs. Trafton has served as a board member in various community organizations and is a member of several professional affiliations. She is an active member of the Board of Congreso De Latinos Unidos and the Philadelphia Ballet and Opera Philadelphia.

Maria was born in Santiago de Cuba and immigrated to the United States in 1967. Currently, she and her husband, Jackson, reside in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  They have three children and two grandchildren.
