Vice President of Transitional Sales, Comcast Cable NCO

Marge Jackson recently accepted the newly created role of Vice President of Transitional Sales on the NCO Customer Experience team at Comcast Corporate.  Marge is responsible for developing the strategic vision and comprehensive roadmap for TSR and Gross Sales Rate (GSR) focused on optimizing and driving sales and revenue across our Care organization. Specifically, Marge will be partnering with division and region leaders to implement programs that bring greater visibility to measures and performance (e.g., GSR strategy).  Additionally, she will unite agents around common business objectives through a standardized commission system and elevate their skills with new training programs. These new initiatives will address improvements across people, process and technology solutions.

In her previous role, Marge Jackson is vice president of Sales and Retention for Comcast Cable’s West Division.  In this role, Marge was responsible for leading a Sales and Retention organization of over 5k representatives and the development of a unified sales and retention strategy. Her primary focus was on aligning sales philosophies, enhancing sales and retention techniques to increase and retain market share.

Marge joined Comcast in 1998 as a direct sales representative for Comcast Online and went on to hold a host of positions with increasing responsibility.

Marge continues to be recognized by peers and colleagues as an industry leader and top woman/minority in business. She was named to Multichannel News’  “40 Under 40” list, 2012 Most Influential Leaders and was honored by NJ Biz as one of its "50 Best Women in Business.”  Jackson was one of only 30 candidates selected for the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communication’s (NAMIC) Executive Leadership Development Program, recipient of NAMIC’s “Next Generation Leaders” award and was selected as one of  Cable Fax’s  Most Powerful Woman in cable.  Jackson is also a graduate of the Comcast Executive Leadership Forum (ELF), an active member of CTAM and WICT and is currently a graduate of WICT’s prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute as a Class of XVII fellow.
