Marcy Forman recently joined Citi as the Head of the Global Investigations Unit. She brings over 30 years of federal law enforcement experience. Prior to joining Citi, Marcy led the Office of Investigations for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the largest investigative arm within the Department of Homeland Security. She also served as the independent Court Monitor for the Western Union and State of Arizona judicial settlement. Marcy holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from National Louis University, a Bachelor of Science degree from American University and Completed the Senior Fellowship Program at Harvard University.
Marcy provides oversight and guidance for the Global Enterprise-Wide Relationship Review Process in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. She Coordinates with Citi Technology, Operations, Compliance, Business Units, Legal and the Data Privacy Office to refine the Global Enterprise-Wide Relationship Review Process. Marcy also participates as the Global Investigations Unit representative for the AML Governance Business Risk Committee.
