Marcia Ogawa Matsubayashi is a Leader of Financial Services Industry in consulting practice at Deloitte Brazil . She is focused on Strategy & Operations, with relevant experience in managing relationship and
serving top Brazilian banks and insurance companies.

Marcia has more than 20 years experience in Technology and Strategy projects, worked previously as CRM leader at Deloitte Brazil, director and project manager at IBM. Currently she is focused on financial services industry, serving large banks, insurance and securities companies, such as Banco do Brasil Group, Itaú Group, Bradesco Group, Visa, AIG, CNP and Mapfre. Marcia has extensive management experience in large and complex system integration projects involving different platforms and legacy systems.

Currently she is involved in a large IT Governance project for one of the top Brazilian bank. She has also deep expertise in means of payment, serving large credit card companies and clearing houses in Brazil, like Visa, Hipercard, Credicard and CIP. She has conducted several strategic engagements for main banks and insurance companies in Brazil (both private and public sectors), which involved Reorganization, IT Strategy, Shared Services, Organizational Design and Cost Reduction.

Recently, Marcia has been involved in Corporate Strategy engagements, acting specifically as M&A advisor providing guidance of the Brazilian market for retail, investment banking and insurance sectors. She has international experience in US, Japan and other countries in Latin America.
