Marchelle began her Human Resources career with Valassis in January 2000. In January 2003, Marchelle expanded her Human Resources skill-set and moved into the new role of Human Resources generalist role supporting the Valassis Sales & Marketing organization.

During her time supporting Sales she relocated to the Windsor, Connecticut location as a Human Resources Manager. In October 2010, Marchelle was promoted into the role of Human Resources Director in Michigan supporting the Client Services (CS) function. Marchelle currently leads the HR team that works with CS, while aligning herself closely with the senior leaders across the company.

Marchelle received a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University and a Masters of Science from Central Michigan University. Marchelle is also a certified professional in Human Resources with a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. In her spare time, Marchelle enjoys coaching an AAU Girls National Volleyball team from Michigan.
