Maggie Bi is a consultant with Right Management, responsible for conducting training programs such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Leadership Greatness and Talent Development.

Prior to join right management, she was head of Academy for GlaxoSmithKline, China/HK, a leading pharmaceutical company. Her main responsibilities are Academy management, training strategy and execution, organizational issue diagnosis and solutions, Global initiatives interface and local implementation etc. 

Before she fully involved in training function, Maggie also has over 10 years of rich experience in business functions such as sales management, key account management, government relations in the company of Eli Lilly and Baxter.

Maggie is an energetic and devoted program facilitator. She is passionate about develop of individuals, teams and organizations.

Maggie was educated with a Master degree-EMBA in Sun Yat-Sen University (joint program with U.C Berkeley) and Company specific MBA from China Europe international business school (CEIBS) and Bachelor of medical in Guangzhou medical college. She is a Certified Professional Trainer from the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA).UK. And she also is a Coaching Australia certified executive coach.
