Lisa Sipress is Senior Director of Human Resources for MTV Networks. In her role, Sipress is responsible for identifying and creating progressive, high-valued global employee programs and policies, which attract multigenerational talent. She works with the Human Resources department to make MTVN a destination employer, while allowing employees to contribute stellar business performance and maintain a flexible work-life balance. Sipress started her career as a Human Resources Administrator at Viacom. She then spent a year on the Global Human Resources team at Universal Music Group before returning to Viacom. In 2006, she transferred to MTV Networks, where she continues to work. Sipress holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
