Lisa Foulger, Global Director, Technology Services, Enterprise Business
Hewlett-Packard Company is an accomplished executive in the computer industry. She has more than 22 years of international business experience leading marketing, R&D, admin, customer and sales operations, and finance teams, along with general management profit & loss experience for both enterprise and consumer business. She currently leads a global Portfolio and Sales Operations team.

As a certified leadership coach, Lisa’s forte has been passionately leading and inspiring teams to collaborate, innovate, and embrace change, and she has a track record of achieving results and developing leaders. She sponsors diversity efforts across HP, including her current Executive sponsor role for the HP Costa Rica Women’s group, Femme.

Lisa earned her B.S. in Finance and her M.B.A. from Arizona State University and Oslo Business School, Norway. She actively volunteers in her community and serves on the Costa Rica Board of Boy with A Ball non-profit organization. She is married and a proud mother of three daughters, living with her family in Costa Rica.
