Lisa Bonner
Lisa Bonner is a dynamic leader who helps global Fortune 500 companies solve their most vexing organizational issues, engage their employees and manage major changes to achieve bold business objectives. She is an architect and designer of the new workplace, leveraging technology, ideas and innovation to connect and evoke sustainable behavior.
Prior to joining Roberts Golden Consulting, Lisa was the Assistant Vice President of Contemporary Work Practices at The Hartford. She was responsible for establishing policies and practices and driving initiatives such as implementing social media/collaboration tools, expanding Flexible Work/Remote Work Arrangements, promoting cross-generational learning through a Reverse Mentor Program and leading the Employee Resource Groups to attract and cultivate diverse talent.
With over 20 years of business experience, Lisa is a seasoned professional who has had diverse experiences, including COO of a niche software company, directing a physician hospital organization, and leading sales and marketing in health care and biotech environments.
Lisa holds a Bachelors of Arts from Wellesley College in molecular biology. Lisa is passionate about sports and ‘models the way’ for work/life integration as the proud mother of very active 15 year-old twin boys.
