Lisa Bonner
Lisa Bonner is a change agent with Roberts Golden Consulting; helping global Fortune 500 companies solve organizational issues and manage major changes to drive achievement of bold business objectives. She is an architect and designer of the new workplace, leveraging the latest technology, ideas and innovation to create sustainable behavior change, making it possible for companies to outperform and outcompete in this new reality.
Prior to Roberts Golden, Lisa was the Assistant Vice President of Contemporary Work Practices at The Hartford. Initiatives included implementing social media/collaboration tools, expanding Flexible Work/Remote Work Arrangements, promoting cross-generational social media/technology learning through the Reverse Mentor Program and leading the Employee Resource Groups to attract and cultivate diverse talent.
With over 20 years of business experience, Lisa is a seasoned professional who has had diverse experiences, including COO of a niche software company, directing a physician hospital organization, and leading sales and marketing in health care and biotech environments.
Lisa holds a Bachelors of Arts in molecular biology from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She models the way for work/life balance, as she is also the proud mother of very active 14 year-old twin boys.
