Ms. Kees joined Hilton Worldwide in June 2009 and is currently a Vice President of Human Resources Consulting.

Ms. Kees' prior experience includes more than 17 years of human resource management and executive experience.  Most recently, Ms. Kees was a Principal Partner with an executive search firm based in Bethesda, MD. She managed the day-to-day operation of the firm and directed the professional development of all staff. Ms. Kees secured and executed search assignments across a variety of functional areas, including finance/control, treasury, human resources, supply management, operations, and sales/marketing. She was responsible for development of the energy and hospitality practices within the firm.

Previously, Ms. Kees served as Vice President of Human Resources for EYA, a prominent, award-winning, rapidly-growing real estate development and homebuilding company in the DC area. While at EYA, Ms. Kees was responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s Human Resource initiatives, which included not only significant recruiting efforts, but also working to establish policies and programs to meet the needs of the company and its employees.

Prior to joining EYA, Ms. Kees held numerous Human Resources positions in the hospitality industry in corporate and property environments. She gained a diversity of experience in both at Marriott and an NYSE Marriott affiliate company. She had extensive experience in recruitment and retention. She also developed and implemented effective Human Resources programs for all company employees across multiple brands. Her diverse experience also included coordination of the human resource efforts in the acquisition and divestiture of multiple properties, facilitation of corporate strategic planning, and directing payroll functions.

A native of Southern New Jersey, Ms. Kees graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in International Relations and Economics and received a Masters degree from the University of South Carolina. She currently resides in suburban Maryland, with her husband and daughters.
