Linda Roundtree is president of Roundtree Consulting, a human resources consultancy focused on employee engagement and work-life initiatives. Linda specializes in helping organizations develop employer of choice strategies and complete “best company” applications.

As a business writer, Linda has authored numerous toolkits, journal articles and published papers on age diversity, workplace flexibility and exceptional caregiving.

Prior to founding her company in 2002, Linda was a vice president of account management with Ceridian and spent 17 years with American Airlines in a variety of leadership roles in inflight operations and human resources, including global manager work-life strategies. Linda is a WorldatWork faculty member, past president of the boards of Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) and Child Care Resources, and research affiliate with the Sloan Center on Aging and Work at Boston College.

Linda lives near Seattle with her husband and two children and enjoys hiking, running and volunteering with Special Olympics.
