In July 2006, Linda Di joined EMC China R&D Center as the 5th local hire. Within 4 years, working with the management team, she and her team build EMC China R&D center to be an organization of 1000 with honor as Best Employer from ChinaStaff survey, CRF survey and ChinaHR survey.  Her team also wins the finalist of HR Team of the Year in 2009 from CCH survey.  In 2008, Linda Di is selected as one of the 2008 Best Human Resource Manager from 51job China Best Human Resource Practice Survey.

Linda graduated from Instrument Engineering Department of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Linda Di has been working in HP and Agilent for 12 years before joining EMC. She started her career as a quality engineer and production supervisor, responsible to product lines transfer from USA and German to China with global shipment.  In 1999, Linda changed her career to human resources.

Linda Di also holds a Master Degree and excellent graduate award from EMBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School).
