Lin An is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Marsh China, responsible for all ‘operations’, including Strategic Planning, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, IT and all other supporting functions.

Ms. An is based in Beijing.  Prior to joining Marsh, Ms. An had extensive experience in strategic consulting serving multinational and Chinese financial institution clients. She held positions as Principal Manager and co-leader of Greater China Financial Services practice at Bain & Company, and Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. An holds a Master degree from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Economics. The Finance major was obtained at Johnson Graduate School of Management of Cornell University. She also studied International Finance at Renming University of China.  She is also an AoEC accredited Executive Coach.
