Lily Li is the Organization Development Manager for Cummins East Asia. In her current role, she is facilitating organization development initiatives and processes including succession planning, leadership development, employee opinion survey, performance management and learning. Prior to this, Lily was the HR Manager/Senior Consultant for Sinopec, Airbus, and Nicholson International for 15 years. She has extensive HR management experience with SOE, JV and HR consulting sector. Lily holds a MBA from Newport University and a bachelor of industrial engineering from Tianjin University.
