Lillian LeBlanc has more than 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field, presently serving Assistant VP of HR Strategy and Culture for Baptist Health South Florida, the largest private employer in southeast Florida. Her responsibilities at Baptist Health include Organizational Climate and Culture, Employee and Leadership Development, Talent Management, Onboarding and Retention, e-Learning, Learning Management and HR Communications. She previously served as Baptist Health’s Corporate Director of Work-Life Effectiveness and was responsible for introducing many new work-life initiatives including Backup Care. In addition, Lil worked for nearly ten years as Vice President of Human Resources for Central Maine Healthcare Corporation, a multi-hospital system based in Lewiston, Maine. She has also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Faulkner Hospital, Director of Personnel for Carney Hospital and Compensation Administrator for Stop and Shop Supermarket Companies, all in Boston. Through an independent HR consulting practice, Lil has provided strategic HR services to several organizations in the healthcare, professional services, aviation and government sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from Boston State College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Lil has received numerous civic and professional honors and awards, including the prestigious BostonWorks award for outstanding contributions to the citizens of Greater Boston. She is a frequent presenter, most recently speaking at the 2010 Great Place To Work Conference, the 2009 and 2008 Total Rewards World at Work Conferences, the 2008 Annual Conference of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and the Studer Group’s 2008 Summit on Creating Great Places for Women to Work. Lil is a member of World at Work, ASHHRA, and SHRM. Lil is also licensed commercial pilot; concurrent with her Human Resources career, she worked for several years in a management capacity as well as a pilot for the Maine-based aviation service/air charter company that she established with her husband. She began following the stock market at age 12 and maintains a deep interest in finance and economic issues. Lil lives in Miami Beach with her husband, Roger who is a pilot for Bombardier Flexjet. The couple has an adult daughter.
