Li is responsible for Cummins China Government Affairs and Corporate Responsibility strategy and implementation, including government relations, public policy, philanthropy and educational programs. Li leads on establishing, maintaining and developing the relations with both Chinese and US government agencies, representing offices, associations, think-tanks and NGOs to promote Cummins’ core values, brand reputation, business opportunities for a sustainable growth in China.

Prior to Cummins, Li worked for International Department in Aviation Industry of China (AVIC), Rockwell and Caterpillar (China) Investment Co., Ltd..

Li holds a B.A from Capital Normal University in English literature and a MBA (Peking University and US joint program BiMBA) at Peking University.
