She graduated from engineering institute in 1987 and had worked for design in metallurgical construction industry for 5 years, and then pursued her career for the other 5 years in SOE (state owed enterprise) with responsibility for corporate party administration. In 1997, she entered the field of adult education. During her 3rd 5 years career period in corporate employee educational administration, she went to Party School of the CPC Central Committee and received her master degree in economics and management. As of the year of 2002, she started to engage in the management of women's education and training.
