Leslie Rice, District Manager and Field Diversity and Inclusion Chairperson for PetSmart, Inc. has been with the PetSmart family for more than 15 years. She has worked her way from an hourly associate through a variety of hourly and salaried management positions with PetSmart to her current position of district manager. Leslie has also been a member of the PetSmart Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee as chairperson representing more than 1200 stores and the field personnel that support those stores for two years. Leslie recently developed a multi-year strategy around diversity and inclusion for store level associates and managers as well as field leaders and support personnel. In this role, Leslie has oversight of the newly developed Field Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, which is responsible for the execution and oversight of the multi-year initiative. Leslie is a pet parent to Clyde and Riley, her Cairn Terriers.
