Laurie A. Meisel is the award-winning Manager, Social Media and Digital Marketing for McGraw-Hill Construction. A long-time advocate of social media, Laurie is the creative force responsible for establishing and maintaining McGraw-Hill Construction’s presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Laurie is one of the founding members of the McGraw-Hill Social Media Council, which includes individuals from across McGraw-Hill. Her ability to clearly communicate with people makes her a popular speaker. Her social media seminars and private coaching are in high demand.

Laurie was among members of a team recognized with two Jesse H. Neal Awards, known as “the Pulitzer Prize of the business media,” for her social media efforts with Engineering News-Record and GreenSource magazines, and was also honored with a McGraw-Hill Corporate Achievement Award.

. As a freelance photographer, she has photographed a number of professional and Olympic athletes, including the WNBA’s New York Liberty and Connecticut Sun, and the former New York Titans. Laurie is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
