Senior Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton

Laurie Gallo is a McLean-based Senior Vice President who leads Booz Allen Hamilton’s support to elements of the national security community.  She provides leadership support in the areas of all source intelligence analysis, mission operations support, and counter-terrorism initiatives.

Ms. Gallo’s key areas of expertise include intelligence research and analysis, intelligence analysis training, study support, strategic planning and intelligence operations.

Ms. Gallo is an advisor to Booz Allen’s Community of Professional Intelligence Analysts (CPIA), which provides a forum for 2,500+ analysts to share information, capabilities, and methodologies. In addition, she is an advisor to the Women in International Security (WIIS), a non-profit, non-partisan organization that focuses on increasing the influence of women in foreign and defense affairs.

Ms. Gallo is also on the Board of Directors to Operation Homefront, an organization that provides emergency and morale assistance to our troops, to the families they leave behind, and to wounded warriors when they return home. She is a noted speaker on diversity, leadership, workplace ethics, and career advancement.

Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1984, Ms. Gallo worked as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency, where she provided intelligence reports and analysis to the intelligence community.

She holds an M.A. degree in National Security Policy Studies from George Washington University and a B.S. degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
