Laura Cakolli, Controller, Janssen Global Services, L.L.C. joined Johnson & Johnson in Finance 25 years ago after starting her career in public accounting. Her experience includes assignments in Johnson & Johnson Corporate Internal Audit, a three-year overseas assignment in Switzerland, and assignments in Licensing & Acquisitions, R & D and Financial Accounting.

For the last eleven years, she has worked in a job share arrangement with Laura Benedetto supporting the Controls & Compliance (audit) function. In 2009, their role was expanded to support the U.S. based Pharmaceutical Sector operating companies. The “Lauras” have oversight and development responsibility for 24 professionals in various locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They are both actively involved in the Finance Women’s Leadership Initiative and lead the Finance Flexible Work Arrangements Team.

Laura resides in Jamison, PA with her husband, Remi, and three children, Paul (age 14), Patrick (age 12) and Sophia (age 11). Laura graduated from Seton Hall University and is a CPA and CMA.
