Laura Cakolli, Controller, Pharmaceuticals Group Controls & Compliance, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Services, L.L.C. joined Johnson & Johnson in Finance 22 years ago after starting her career in public accounting. Her experience includes assignments in Johnson & Johnson Corporate Internal Audit, a three-year overseas assignment in Switzerland, and assignments in Licensing & Acquisitions, R & D and Financial Accounting. For the last eight years, Laura and Laura Benedetto have worked in a job share arrangement supporting the Controls & Compliance (audit) function. In 2009, their role was expanded to support the Pharmaceutical Services Group. The “Laura’s” have oversight and development responsibility for 27 professionals in various locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They are both actively involved in the Finance Women’s Leadership Initiative and lead the Finance Flexible Work Arrangements Team. Laura resides in Jamison, PA with her husband, Remi, and three children, Paul (age 11), Patrick (age 9) and Sophia (age 8). Laura graduated from Seton Hall University and is a CPA and CMA.
