Laura Benedetto, Controller, Janssen Global Services, LLC, has worked with Johnson & Johnson for 29 years in Finance with experience in Tax, Financial, Marketing Accounting, R&D, Operations and Compliance. For the last eleven years, she has worked in a job share arrangement with Laura Cakolli supporting the Controls & Compliance (audit) function. In 2009, their role was expanded to support the U.S. based Pharmaceutical Sector Operating Companies.

The “Lauras” have responsibility for the oversight and development of 24 professionals located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They are both actively involved in the Finance Women’s Leadership Initiative and lead the Finance Flexible Work Arrangements Team.

Laura resides in Hopewell, NJ with Tony, her husband of 29 years, and their sons Joe (age 23) and Nick (age 20). She is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University, a CPA and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Accountancy at Rider University.
