Laura Benedetto, Controller, Pharmaceuticals Group Controls & Compliance, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Services, L.L.C. has worked with Johnson & Johnson for 26 years in Finance with experience in Tax, Financial, Marketing Accounting, R&D, Operations and Compliance. For the last eight years, she has worked in a job share arrangement with Laura Cakolli supporting the Controls & Compliance (audit) function. In 2009, their role was expanded to support the Pharmaceuticals Group. The “Laura’s” have responsibility for the oversight and development of 27 professionals located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They are both actively involved in the Finance Women’s Leadership Initiative and lead the Finance Flexible Work Arrangements Team. Laura resides in Hopewell, NJ with Tony, her husband of 26 years, and their sons Joe (age 21) and Nick (age 17). She is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University, a CPA and serves as the Treasurer for her class Alumni Council.
